is it just me or is that guy skipping around in circles with a ghost bride? i think he was. and oh, the 80s, so bad, in such a good way.like you.
How come the keyboard players in the 80's look like douche bags but the guitarists still manage to look cool even with those hair doos?
I just loaded this CD on my iPod. I played the cassette ad nauseum. The other song that I had on constant replay: I'll stop the world and melt with you. Can't even remember who sang it now.
Oh My God!! The band that really belongs in a Tim Burton movie!!Loved them...I had FINALLY graduated from University and was trying to find a job while substituting...everytime I hear one of their songs, I think of that time!!!Yeah...80's music WAS pretty bad!
Do you remember the synthesizer? Oh, that sweet, sweet synthesizer.
Greg used to play The Cure incessantly in the early years of our marriage. I can barely take them any more.(On some recent road trip, we listened to some long greatest hits CD. In my car. But he was driving so I shut my mouth...)
ah The Cure...they were good back in the 80's. They kind of went downhill after that. At least IMO.
My bf loved him! I never got it but she and I listend to the Cure and fought over what some of the words were in certain songs.
I really do miss the late 80's and all the fun stuff that went with it. The cure was and still is awesome to me. :o)
I love period music, like from school or a certain phase of my life. One of my buddies really like Neil Young - I think that is really cool!
My pulse raced when it started.
Sometimes I miss the '80's. Great song!
No guy rocked the red lipstick and overblown, teased, and massively sprayed hair doo quite like Robert Smith! My husband introduced me to the Cure when we first started dating and I was instantly smitten. I remember long nights of passion listening to the Cure and Depeche Mode. lol!Just Like Heaven is a classic : )
